Latest Thinking (LT) helps researchers explain their own research on video. Latest Thinking GmbH is the client; Welink is the software vendor. The public-facing promise is “Making Research Visible”. You can explore the results on lt.org.

Researchers record structured chapters in the mobile app. A Publication explains research; a Profile Video introduces the researcher. Publication Plus is a professionally produced, five-chapter format made by the LT team. The target is publication on lt.org with a digital object identifier (DOI) for eligible research videos. DOI minting is not integrated today. Read DOI for what this means.

You will still encounter Drupal, latestthinking.com, the native Swift iOS app, and Vimeo in older conversations and documents. They describe the legacy world being replaced by the React Native app, Strapi content management system, Hugo website and LT Player. Treat migration claims as context, not proof that every old service is retired.
